Now, who said you couldn't have cookout in your own backyard?? Friday night me and my dh and ds had dinner outside. We have a lot of brush to burn so dh decided we should cook hotdogs on the fire. Great idea!! Austin loved it, as you can see. The two burnt hotdogs you see are mine. DH made them for me......they were still yummy though!!
That's sure one thing you gotta love about Texas. In January you can have a picnic in your back yard!!

Lucky you being able to have a picnic in January. And those hotdogs look yummy, thats the best way to eat them when cooked over a fire.
Makes me yearn for camping. Only about 6 more weeks and we will be in the mountains camping and shooting our bows again! WooHoo! I can't wait.
