Ok, if you look at my blog, like you are right now, you will notice that I have a lot of wasted space on each side of my sidebars. How can I make my center column wider and make the two sidebars go along to the edge, making a FULL page of content, not just 75%...it drives me crazy!!

This is weird . . . Here at home, it fits my computer . . . At work, I'm seeing the same thing as you.
I use Microsoft Explorer at work, and I'm AOL here at home.

I'm on IE7 and your blog looks like it doesn't have any extra space, there is a tiny bit of space between the center & the sidebars, but not that much.
I wish I could get a 3 column blog, there's a lot of wasted space on my blog..
Maybe where the size is on your blogs template, for the center & the sidebars, you could make it more percentage..
Lisa, you don't have alot of space in the center column but if you want more you need to go in to your template and adjust what is called the 'padding'.
You'll have so many px of padding in your main posts column and you can tweek it a bit either way to see if any of the changes suit you.
